Cotton Percale and Cotton Sateen sheets are manufactured in a small-scale workshop in the Vosges region of France. We chose this workshop because it also works with France's leading textile houses to provide a top-of-the-range finish.
Linen sheets and bed linen for babies and children are made in the oldest workshop in Portugal.
We've selected the best workshop... located in Turkey. Why Turkey? It's the country that made the Hammam famous, and where towels have been made since the 7th century. Quite a head start.
Our workshop handles every stage in the manufacture of our products: from spinning to weaving, and even dyeing. This ensures transparency and total control of our supply chain.
Yes, all our bed linen and bath linen products are STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® certified, which means they are free from products that are toxic to the body and the environment. STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® is the first label to guarantee the human-ecological qualities of textiles.
Bonsoirs Child & Baby bed linen and Bath range are made from GOTS-certified organic cotton.
Each stage in the production chain is independently certified. From the harvesting of raw materials, through ecologically and socially responsible manufacturing, to labeling, everything is controlled with the aim of respecting the environment, workers and consumers.
Unlike other brands, Bonsoirs does not use chemicals to facilitate ironing. Like all 100% cotton products, your sheets will wrinkle naturally, but less and less after each wash and use. We recommend that you lay out your sheets to avoid wrinkling as much as possible. If you prefer to use a tumble dryer, we advise you to take your sheets out a few minutes before the end of the cycle and lay them out to finish drying.
Personalized embroidery is available on Bonsoirs pillowcases, whether sold as a set or in pairs. You can also have your towels, bath sheets and bathrobes embroidered.
Our embroidery teams are based in Angers, France. To guarantee high-quality embroidery, please allow an additional 3 days for production.
Our fitted sheets are suitable for all mattresses up to 30cm thick. The 70x140 fitted sheets have a 20cm cap. We also offer maxi-cup fitted sheets for 40cm mattresses.
Return policy
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 60 nights to return your products free of charge and have your order refunded (excluding delivery costs), request an exchange or a credit note. Send an e-mail to [email protected], specifying your order number, and we'll send you the procedure for printing your returns form. Refunds will be made within 15 days, automatically to the account associated with the credit card used for purchase, or to the Paypal account used for payment.
Returns made from Switzerland are the responsibility of the customer. We encourage you to declare your returned package as 'merchandise return' to avoid customs fees. Please contact our customer service via email at [email protected] to learn about the procedure.
Our refund conditions only apply to private customers. For companies, products cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been washed or used.

If the products have not been used or washed, we simply return them to stock. Otherwise, products that cannot be put back on sale are reconditioned by our logistics teams. We then donate them to 2 Emmaüs structures in France, in Angers and Gérardmer.
Unfortunately not! When placing your order, please check your initials and the color of your embroidery, as your embroidered product cannot be returned or exchanged!
Orders & Payments
Your products are dispatched the day after you place your order (excluding weekends and French public holidays). Within 48 hours of placing your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail containing a delivery tracking link. If you do not receive this confirmation e-mail within 72 hours, please contact us at [email protected].
Did you get the wrong size or have you simply changed your mind? No problem, just send us a quick email to [email protected]. We'll cancel your order if it hasn't already been dispatched. If it's already at the postman's, you'll have 60 days to return it to us free of charge.
In France: We accept payment by credit card, Paypal, Apple Pay, American Express.
You can also pay for your order in 3x or 4x from €100 with Alma (France, Belgium, Netherlands, Italy, Germany).

After choosing your products and validating your basket, simply select the Alma - Pay in 3 (or 4) instalments section in the payment stage, then click on "Confirm payment". An order with embroidery requires additional time for preparation. It will be dispatched within 3 working days.

Bonsoirs bath linen is very hard-wearing, but take care of it all the same. Regular washing at 40° is enough to preserve the fibres (and the planet). Avoid succumbing to fabric softener: a bathrobe or towel that doesn't dry would be a shame. And if you have a tumble dryer, don't hesitate to give them a spin at 60°. They'll come out softer, suppler and more plump.
Recycling
At Bonsoirs you can send us back your old sheets (Bonsoirs or other) that you no longer use so that we can reuse them. In exchange for a 10% discount voucher.
These sheets will be sent to our partner Tizu, an upcycled furniture manufacturer who will give a second life to these textile products!
This service is excluded for Switzerland.
