What is the procedure for returning a product or requesting an exchange?

You can request a return by writing to us at [email protected].

What happens to products returned to you?

If the products have not been used or washed, we simply return them to stock. Otherwise, products that cannot be put back on sale are reconditioned by our logistics teams. We then donate them to 2 Emmaüs structures in France, in Angers and Gérardmer.

Can I exchange or return a Bonsoirs embroidered product?

Unfortunately not! When placing your order, please check your initials and the color of your embroidery, as your embroidered product cannot be returned or exchanged!.
