What is the status of my order?

What payment methods do you offer?

We accept payment by credit card and Paypal. You can also pay for your order in 3x or 4x for orders over €100. Finally, for our Belgian customers, we also offer the Bancontact service.

How can I benefit from 3x or 4x payment?

After choosing your products and validating your basket, simply select the Alma - Pay in 3 (or 4) instalments section in the payment stage, then click on "Confirm payment". You will then be redirected to the form provided by our service provider Alma

I would like to pay for my order with a gift card or credit note.

Once you have chosen your products and validated your basket, you will have the option of entering a voucher at the contact details stage and then clicking on Apply. The discount will automatically be applied to your basket (excluding delivery costs)

I need an invoice.

Your invoice will be directly accessible when you receive your dispatch confirmation email. You will be able to download it via this e-mail.

I've ordered an embroidered product. How quickly will my order be dispatched?

An order with embroidery requires additional time for preparation. It will be dispatched within 5 working days.
